MARISSA MONROE
Meet Marissa, “M,” a Creative Director, Senior Designer, and Marketer based in sweet North Carolina. With a multidisciplinary approach that blends digital design, brand strategy, and marketing, she crafts impactful experiences that help brands stand out & grow. From nimble startups to some of the world’s most recognized brands, Marissa collaborates with brands across apparel, wellness, lifestyle, CPG, and home industries to deliver thoughtful, creative solutions that drive results.
In her previous roles, M gained valuable experience working with brands based in NC, NY, and LA — serving as an in-house designer, developer + sourcing pro for iconic names including adidas, Carhartt, and Champion, with a former focus on active apparel for women, baby + kids. She graduated from North Carolina State University with her Bachelor of Science in Fashion + Textile Management with a concentration in Brand Management + Marketing, #gopack.
Today, Marissa focuses more on digital design + strategy, combining her love for clean, user-friendly visuals with marketing know-how to help brands connect meaningfully with their audiences and grow their presence + revenue. When she’s not soaking up all the sweet moments of motherhood, she’s dedicated to supporting her community, exploring psychology, doodling in the margins + curating her ever-growing collection of all things hearts + pink. ✿
